Rates
$175- $225 per session
I am currently accepting Medicare with supplements (no Advantage Plans), BCBS, Cigna, United and private pay. I can provide you with receipt, known as a superbill, for submission for out of network services/benefits.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services with out of network providers. I can assist you with seeking the details about you coverage.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and checks as forms of payment. A credit card will be kept on file for client charges or missed session fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make efforts to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a missed session fee of $75.
