Therapy is individual and needs to be specific to each clients. I bring the whole person perspective and include exploration of the health, social and emotional aspects of a person that may be critical to the healing or worsening of the challenges we face. We will work together to address underlying problems, move towards healthy coping and adjust certain troubling behaviors and thoughts as you seek to find new ways to think and be in the world.

My practice helps adults who are dealing with disruptive or challenging changes in life with a focus on loss and grieving , the aging process, physical health issues and depression and anxiety.
